Login doesn't work with CIPD credentials
App doesn't recognise cipd log in details and when you click "forgotten password" the message just changes to "an error occurred sending the reset email. Please try again". This has been the case for months now so app is useless in its current form
Unable to log in despite using the same log in details like to website.
Nothing happens when you open the app. Just blank red background.

does not recognise my CIPD credentials and the CIPD helpdesk is unfortunately useless and does not know how to solve it
